The church Building emphasis day is a day when we prepare a special offering to God for the building of His sancyuary. Many times people have not shown commitment to this duty. The church building offering however should not wait until the church building emphasis day. Memebers can make it a practice to prepare an offering for building as and when the Lord has blessed us. If we promote this practice, our building emphasis day would just be there for updates on how far we have gone with the building and not for collection of funds.

How many of us come from homes where the floor is rough and dusty, and are happy with that? Many of us ensure that our homes are sparkling clean and you can kneel anywhere comfortably.  But look at the floors in our church! Look at the roof, the windows, the doors, everthing needs a touch. But all these things cannot be attained without our spiritual and financial commitment. Imagine yourself in a complete, well furnished, tiled and painted church! Let us build our God a Santuary so that He may dwell among us.
